About Me
Zelleka A. Biermann managed the multi-family affordable housing development programs for the City of Charlotte’s Housing & Neighborhood Services department. Since HTF inception, she has administered over $350M for Charlotte’s Housing Trust Fund development projects and federally funded housing Programs, including HOME & CDBG. She is responsible for loan/grant underwriting, evaluation, project readiness and feasibility, from construction to occupancy.
